So I haven't written a journal or done much of anything recently, so I figured I'd pop on and explain. I've been super busy trying to find work and getting used to England. I'm pretty much settled now, even though I'm still too much of a pansy to ride the bus into the city alone, I'd lose my shit if I got lost and couldn't get home! I'm sure I'll grow the balls to do it eventually, just not yet. I've also been working on a lot of traditional stuff lately, unfortunately I no longer have a scanner. Also, after taking pictures of my current works on my camera I realized I have no idea where my usb cord for it is. I'm starting to think I may have left it in Canada. Which sucks because I was very proud of my last couple of sketches, as well as having done two Batman paintings which I was looking forward to sharing with you guys. o_o
Whoops.
Hopefully I'll find a way to get them up soon.
So this is why I haven't uploaded anything in forever, but I'm thinking I'll just upload the one crappy webcam picture of a sketch I did anyway, and a work in progress in the meantime. I also started taking video of aforementioned work in progress, but a lot of the footage is lost / not working, so I don't know whether to upload the parts I have or not to YouTube. Maybe that can be up to you guys, haha! I'm also thinking of uploading some more singing to YouTube (I do that sometimes, for those of you that don't know. )
Aside from that, I've been missing home like a mad woman and job hunting. I do come on here, and I do look through everyone's art and when I have the time I do read your stories, I just haven't had that much time as of late so I'm sorry for the lack of comments. Sometimes, I just don't know what to say aside from 'I love it!' which isn't much of a comment. So if I haven't commented on anything of yours recently, I hope you don't take offense. I still love all of your art / stories and try and keep up as much as possible!
Also, I wouldn't be against any drawing suggestions / art trades / etc. Just know it'll take me forever and a half to get off my ass and finish them, but I wouldn't mind some ideas since I have very few of my own at the moment. ^^
